RESULTS AND GROWTH WITH EVERY DANCE CLASS!
Studying dance is ideal for young children. It provides them with an outlet for their energy while teaching them coordination, focus, rhythm, and musicality. Dance classes teach little kids to control their movements and behavior, and they’ll learn social skills and interaction at the same time.
WEE & ME (18 Months-2 Years)
Toddlers learn basic dance skills, coordination, gross motor skills, rhythm, coordination, and proper classroom behavior. Guardians participate in the class as support for the dance instructor by helping build the child’s independence and confidence. This class is a springboard for Tippy Toe Tots, where the child participates independently of his or her guardian.
Tippy Toe Tots (TTT)
(2-3 years)
Boys and Girls can come into this class to enjoy dance and music activities in order to develop a sense of self, musicality, listening skills, and classroom structure. This is not a Mommy and Me class. The goal is to have the child gain the confidence to enter the class by themselves.
BASIC BALLET & TAP & JAZZ TECHNIQUES FOR LITTLE DANCERS
Classical ballet is one of the oldest forms of dance that expresses emotion through movement. Tap teaches rhythms and steps that can be technical or improvised. Jazz dance is a form of dance that combines the techniques of ballet with modern dance and popular dance forms. It’s one of the most versatile types of dance and something that’s fun for students of all ages.
Ballet, Tap, and Jazz dancing tones the body, builds flexibility and coordination, increases agility and grace, and boosts self-confidence. When little kids study ballet and jazz combo, they become confident in their abilities to learn and grow. They’ll carry the confidence they build into every area of their lives, including home, school, and beyond. Ballet, Tap, & Jazz classes provide an intense physical activity that still feels like a social and creative outlet.
HIP HOP CLASSES FOR LITTLE DANCERS
Hip Hop dancing offers little students a unique way to express themselves through movement and musicality. As a form of street dancing, hip hop is flexible and highly personal. Dancers learn how to tell stories and express their feelings through dance.
Hip Hop is a high-intensity dance form that allows kids to release their pent-up energy. When kids take hip hop classes, it helps them manage stress and anxiety by allowing them to burn it off in a safe and constructive way. Over time, hip hop dancers build and tone muscles and gain all-over strength that will keep them healthy and help them with other physical activities.
