Biography
This is Josie Craighead and this is her second year working at Trilogy. She was born in Cibolo, TX. She has been dancing for 17 years training in a large variety of styles at Illusion Dance Center in New Braunfels, TX. While there, she was on the competition team and competed there for 6 years. She attended Byron P. Steele II High School where she was on the drill team, serving as Lieutenant Colonel her junior year and Captain her senior year. After high school, Josie became a World Famous Kilgore College Rangerette and was on the 81st line. She had the opportunity to be in very special performances including being a part of the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade and the virtual Presidential Inaugural Parade in 2020. While Josie was a Rangerette, she was also a part of a pre-professional modern dance company called Industry where she got a deeper education in exploring creativity in the modern realm of dance. Josie moved back to San Antonio after her time as a Rangerette, and is now working at a coffee shop, as well as teaching dance here! She hopes to one day become a Drill Team Director for a high school in San Antonio.
